​Download Updated Journal-Upload Template Files

Effective Monday, November 23, all Financials users who create offline journals or Standard Budget Ledger journals are required to download new journal template files to use to create and upload these journals to UCF Financials. These template files were updated during recently completed system maintenance and are located on the UCF Financials website. Failure to download and use the updated files will likely result in an error when attempting to upload journals.

- To download the updated SBL journal template file, UCF SBL Journal Template Prod.xlsm, visit our Helpful Resources: Standard Budget Ledger page.
