Account

 

An Account is a required field that is used to classify the nature of a financial transaction.

UCF Financials uses five account types:

  • A – Asset
  • L – Liability
  • Q – Equity
  • R – Revenue
  • E – Expense

The Account field contains six digits. The first digit represents the type of account.
