Training Guide

A PDF file of the optional training guide for each course is available to help you. After you have received access to the course, you will find a link to download the guide on the course home page.

Registration

If you have not yet registered for each course, visit the Financials Support Services online Course Registration page. This page contains detailed registration instructions. Read the instructions and then log onto the myUCF Portal to register for the course.

Enrollment Confirmation

After you have registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment. The e-mail will be sent to the primary e-mail address you specified on the myUCF Portal (Employee Self Service > Personal Information > Email Addresses). The course will be available immediately in the Online Course Tools tab on the myUCF Portal or at http://webcourses.ucf.edu. Online courses can be taken on any computer with an internet connection.

Browser Requirements

Review current browser requirements for this course on the Canvas website at https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-1284.

Some supported browsers may still produce a banner stating, “Your browser does not meet the minimum requirements for Canvas.” If you have upgraded your browser but still see the warning banner, log out of webcourses and delete your browser cookies. Click here for help clearing your cache.

The User Productivity Kit (UPK) player used to present some of the course content works only in Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later.
