UCF Financials Retired

UCF Financials is retired at the end of Fiscal Year 2022. As of July 1, 2022, it is replaced by Workday as the University’s Enterprise Resource System. The Oracle PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management system was implemented at UCF starting July 1, 2003. Additional functionality was implemented along as the system was developed, including all functionality supporting Enterprise Service Automation (Grants suite).

The Financials Support Services team has provided full support to campus users from the start. While the last active transactions in UCF Financials are those required to close the Fiscal Year and prepare Financial Statements for the State of Florida, a reference copy of UCF Financials will remain in place until its data is incorporated into the University’s DARE (Data, Analytics, and Reporting Ecosystem) enterprise cloud data lake/data warehouse repository.
